I’m not naive in thinking that a blogger wouldn’t be criticized on the internet. I’m just not understanding why you insist on ripping on somebody who you supposedly like as well.

No. I’m perfectly aware of the fact that I’m condescending to people on the internet, and yes, I’m very comfortable with being that way. What I don’t understand is why you seem to think there’s some massive problem that I’m being condescending and ripping on this specific blogger, but the blogger you’re defending runs a blog devoted entirely to being condescending to people on the internet and ripping on people. And if you do follow me, I can only presume that you’ve seen me rip on other people and be condescending before, but it didn’t bother you then because you didn’t care much for the people who were the targets, because this is hardly new territory for me.
I don’t think you actually have a problem with people who are condescending and rip on people. If you did, you wouldn’t read STFU parents, and you certainly would never have followed me. It’s just that where I’ll rip on someone if I think they’re wrong even if I generally like them, you only think it’s okay to be a condescending asshole to people you don’t like. I may be an asshole, but I’m honest about it, and at least I base my assholery on principles.
