“Haven’t visited your blog in awhile. Was so surprised to read this. I am so sorry! Reading back thru all the Abbie posts, I could quickly see what a road of sanctification this has been for your family. You said: I thought adoption was for the orphan, but I see now it was for me. To rescue me from my sin. No truer words were ever spoken. And all that is a gain, not a loss. “Neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything; but only God who brings the growth.” 1 Cor. 3:7 The seeds of God’s Word that you planted in Abbie’s life will never return void. They will accomplish that which He purposes and shall succeed in the that for which He sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)”

More creepy, twisted comments on this blog. Using kids from fucked up situations as a learning and growing experience for yourself and then patting yourself on the back for abandoning them because at least you brought them God’s word is unbelievably warped and damaging. Like…who is surprised this didn’t work out? It’s just sick.
