Leaked Pentagon files contain records of more than 100,000 fatalities including 66,000 civilians

Friendly reminder that not only will the US government not tell you about how many civilian deaths they really caused, they will also often classify anyone killed as an “enemy”.

When a helicopter gunship killed two Reuters journalists with a group of other men in a Baghdad street, in one notorious 2007 incident, all were listed as “enemy killed in action”.

And of course this isn’t front page news. No corporate news outlet wants to portray the US as mass murderers, ie the truth
