Follow-up Question: Why are people pretending like this is the first time his birth certificate has been made public? It’s been out and public since pretty much day one of the birther conspiracy.
I just find it all quite humorous because after years of “WHERE’S THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE?!??!?!?!?!”—meaning, where is the long form birth certificate because apparently the document that’s good enough to get you a passport is no longer chichi enough for them to prove citizenship—now that it’s out, they’re all, “Well, the government has had time to produce a fake” or some other nonsense that still proves that Obama isn’t really an American.
Kittens, 1) if the government wanted to produce a fake birth certificate, it would hardly take them 2 years to do it, and 2) REALLY?
