but you know who took advantage of said programs that were supposed to be available for blacks..and then who sabotaged Reconstruction efforts to the south…Yep. WHITE MEN. 

Then later imprisoned blacks for not being able to find jobs (vagrancy) even tho the changing economy made their agricultural skills useless. 

I mean dont let me go in on that entire era and how it affects/affected black folk til this day…cuz i could.
