Look at those tiny little “rolls” because the person is slouching. Like…you’re skinny! Your skin has to do that, otherwise there wouldn’t be enough of it when you stand up straight. I don’t understand why having skin that occasionally bunches up because you have enough of it would be considered unattractive. Exposed muscle and viscera would be unattractive. Enough skin is just enough skin.
Um, I’m thin and my skin doesn’t do that. And not thin thin, either, just normal thin.
Also, considering that this is someone’s back, umm…
And the point is that the media deems this unattractive, and definitely not beautiful, bastards.
You know this.
This is someone’s stomach. They’re sitting with their legs up and their arms leaning against their legs. And I’ve always been thin, occasionally even tinier than just normal thin, and my skin has always done that when I slouch over. Seriously, scrunch up into a ball and see what your stomach does. I guarantee you it doesn’t remain perfectly flat.
I know the point is that the media deems everything but skin and bones unattractive, but my point is: this is how screwed up our perspective is, when we think our skin “rolling” when we bend over because we’ve basically reduced the space we’re trying to fit it into is NOT thin.
