“This is a situation we were told would never arise”? Are you fucking kidding me? Pro-choice people, including plenty in the medical community, have been telling you for decades that this is a situation that can and does arise. If you chose to believe that this situation could never happen in spite of all medical and factual evidence to the contrary, it’s your fucking fault for choosing to stick your fingers in your ears and sing “lalalalalalala” while living, breathing human beings were put at risk by your refusal to listen.

Everyone who bought into the lie that an abortion to save a mother’s life is a myth because it interferes with the Catholic church’s teachings that a woman’s body is never her own has this woman’s blood on their hands, and I hope that if the hell they all believe in exists, they rot in it for all eternity.
