a couple of white dudes from the us go to “africa” (commercial is not specific) to find gold. the commercial is them talking about how dangerous it is and how they could be killed and have the nerve to act surprised that people are pissed when they start nosing around in locals backyards with a shovel and a tv crew. can you imagine what would happen if some black or brown dudes from across the sea showed up in some random texas backyard and just started drilling for oil for a tv show???????

I saw that bullshit too. I really wanna know who in the fuck gave the green light for that show to make it to air.
