Under Reddit logic, outing Violentacrez is worse than anonymously posting creepshots of innocent women, because doing so would undermine Reddit’s role as a safe place for people to anonymously post creepshots of innocent women.

I am OK with that.

Background info for all of this.

What I find so amazing about this whole fiasco is how the reddit dudes who are so upset and concerned for the consequences Brutsch is going to face IRL don’t seem to have considered for one second how having a pic of yourself posted on Jailbait would have horrible IRL consequences for the girls themselves. Does it not cross their minds at all that at least some of those girls’ friends or classmates will find out about it and mercilessly humiliate her for years to come? Or that some perv Jailbait follower might recognize her on the street and potentially, I dunno, stalk her?

The beautiful thing is the girls didn’t DO anything to deserve these consequences, aside from leaving the house or having a facebook account, whereas Brutsch made a whole string of disgusting and violating choices for years. But who needs to consider the repercussions for these girls? Underage girls aren’t full subjects with lives and reputations, they’re objects of entertainment, right? Anyone who defends Brutsch outs themselves as someone who really sees women in this way, and every single one of them deserves to be outed and humiliated - for making choices that actively endanger a class of people who are more vulnerable than most.
