Actually, in my country, it is illegal to take photos of people without their consent, let alone share them with others on the internet, and I am guessing the UK isn’t the only place with this law.
I believe this is also the law in Canada.
Of course, if you have zero right to privacy in a public space, then any personal information you’ve made available in public spaces is also open season for anyone who wants to find it and share it with others. You posted it, after all. I guess that means you consented to it.
