In 5 years, the Bush administration managed to come up with 120 people who committed voter fraud. About a quarter did so intentionally in small-scale elections. The rest were mostly misinformed or confused about voting laws.
So. Voter fraud: a real problem or baseless justification for passing laws to keep poor folk away from the polls?
